The Road Agentic AI: How Understanding Our Minds will Shape the Future of Artificial Intelligence
The journey commenced under a pale dawn, the kind that whispers secrets only the keenest ears might catch. My son Theo and I set out from Buenos Aires, our destination the town of Bariloche, nestled in northern Patagonia. It was to be a voyage of two stages: a grueling 12-hour drive to the modest town of Arroyito in Neuquén province, followed by an early departure the next morning to reach our final stop.
Theo, at nineteen, was eager to prove himself on this demanding trek. Unlike freeways with their broad, predictable lanes, the road to Patagonia is a two-lane ribbon of asphalt. One lane takes you south; the other sends traffic barreling north, often at unnerving speeds. Trucks, buses, and cars of every size crisscross the road, forcing drivers to make split-second decisions about when — and how — to overtake.
Little did we know, this expedition would unravel not just the miles before us but the intricate workings of the human mind.
